Report: Central Stickney spent $12,858 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Central Stickney School District 110 is up 25.9 percent from five years ago, according to a West Cook News analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Cook County school district spent $10,215 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $12,858 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 448 to 393.

Central Stickney's spending in 2017-18 was 3.6 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
