Motion to approve the contract to purchase the property at 301 Oak Ridge in the amount of $202,000.00 and to authorize the Village Administrator to sign and execute same. This property is in the Roosevelt Road TIF District.
Approval to approve the contract to purchase the property at 500 Melrose Avenue from ASPIRE for $195,000.00 and to authorize the Village Administrator to sign and execute same. The property is being acquired as part of the Butterfield Road Project and will be used for improved truck access onto Litt Drive.

Motion to approve contract in the amount of $13,200.00 with American Mobile Staging Inc., 1841 Mitchell Blvd., Schaumburg, IL 60193, to provide 24' X 24' mobile staging inclusive of setup and removal for six Summer Nights concerts in 2019. No increase from 2018 and authorize Village Administrator to sign and execute same.
