City of Northlake Community Events and Affairs Commission met Dec. 11.
Here is the minutes provided by the commission:
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm
Present:
Patrick Pionto, Kary & Diane Sampson, Tim Rail

Pat made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 2018 meeting, seconded by Tim. All in favor, the motion carried.
Winter-Fest:
Another successful event! 113 gifts were given out and those in attendance loved them, many compliments! Next year we will incorporate around 30 gifts strictly for kids. We will also increase the blankets from 15 to 20, those are everyone's favorite! We will also increase our gift cards from 20 to 30.
Tim will be purchasing a plastic container to hold the bingo game, the cardboard box is truly cumbersome. Diane will also order 100 bingo cards (we didn't have enough and had to turn people away) and new bingo balls, we have lost a couple and our make-shift balls are not acceptable.
NEW BUSINESS -
Tim made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Kay. Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
