Q2 real estate sales report: La Grange

Median prices declined in La Grange over last year, and are down 19.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 117 homes sold in La Grange for a median price of $412,500. That's 17.9 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 4 homes in La Grange were in foreclosure.
