City of Northlake Community Events and Affairs Commission met Oct. 9.
Here is the minutes provided by the commission:
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm

Patrick Pionto, Kary & Diane Sampson, Tim Rail, Rick Chillemi
Absent:

Paul Straube
Tim made a motion to approve the minutes from the September 2018 meeting, seconded by Kay. All in favor, the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS –
Boo-Fest:
We are all set for Boo-Fest October 31 from 6pm-8pm, Candy and costume has been ordered and received.
Diane and Rick (possibly Tim) will set up in the afternoon for this event.
Winter-Fest:
Need a date, Diane will get gifts as in years past. Diane made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Pat. Meeting adjourned at 6:37 pm.
