Oak Park-River Forest Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Nov. 14.
As such, our members are deeply involved in the community. We see what is happening at Oak Park River Forest High School and we acknowledge that it is a very tough time for the village of Oak Park. Oak Park's future business leaders will be rising up from the students currently at the high school. We know that our future as a business community is inseparable from their future as our entrepreneurs, teachers, and leaders. Therefore, we support the students in their demands for equity. We invite our members to post below with messages of support for the students of OPRF High School.
