Present: President Paul Gattuso, Trustees Angelo Calcagno, Carl Celestino, Sherby Miller, Frank Perry, Nick Steker, Tom Yurkovich

Also Present: Village Clerk Stan Kolodziej, Attorney Melissa Wolf, Village Manager David Plyman, Police Chief Steven Stelter, Fire Chief Jim Adams, I.T. Manager Greg Hribal, Public Works Director Rovert Lewis, Community Development Director

Cathy Kratko asked for further information regarding dispatch agreements prior to the next meeting. And asked about Hillsides capital costs.

Trustee Steker requested further information regarding the bylaws of the proposed ETSB, Greg Hribal advised that the bylaws have not been written at this point.

Cathy Kuratko requested further information regarding our accounting software and asked why it doesn't provide more direct accounting figures. Also asked questions if vendors at the fun fest will be held to the same standards as ice cream trucks were proposed,

Laura Lintino asked a questions about the liquor license issue previously discussed at the board meeting. Also thought the board was no longer interested in gaming and does not want more gaming in town.

Trustee Perry also asked about a crosswalk issue that was previously brought to Chief Stelter.
