City of Northlake Community Events and Affairs met April 10.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
The meeting was called to order at 6:35 pm

Diane Sampson, Patrick Pionto Tim Rail, Kay Sampson, Rick Chillemi

Kay made a motion to approve the minutes from the March 2018 meeting, seconded by Pat. All in favor, the motion carried.
Old Business -- Easter Egg" stravaganza
This event was very successful. Veterans Park set up the room which wasn't very cohesive to our needs. Next year we will need to set it up the way we have done in the past. Good effort on their part, not good for our game stations.
New Business -- Northlake Days
With the construction taking place at Center Point, will we have a Northlake Days this year? Diane will ask Liz Biddle. If we do plan on having Northlake Days, we plan on hiring Singing with the Band, having Bingo, and patriotic giveaways.
Tim made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Kay. Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
