A. A Resolution Congratulating Lieutenant John Delong For His Service To The Village Of Broadview, County Of Cook, State Of Illinois

B. A Motion To Accept The Village’s Tentative Budget And To Allow The Village To Make The Budget Available For Public Inspection.

C. A Resolution Authorizing And Approving An Intergovernmental Agreement With The Village Of Maywood To Establish The Ike Joint Emergency Telephone System Board And To Provide For The Consolidation And Operation Of Certain Public Safety Answering Points And The “Eisenhower Emergency Communication Center” Or The “Ike 911 Center” In The Village Of Broadview, County Of Cook, State Of Illinois.

D. A Ordinance Amending Title Ii (Boards And Commissions), Chapter 9 (Emergency Telephone System Board), Sections 2-9-1 (Creation Of Board; Appointment Of Members), 2-9-2 (Duties Of Board) And 2-9-3 (Emergency Telephone System Fund) Of The Broadview Municipal Code To Dissolve The Broadview Emergency Telephone System Board And Recognize The Village Of Broadview’s Participation In A Joint Emergency Telephone System Board Created Via An Intergovernmental Agreement Establishing A Consolidated Joint Emergency Dispatch System Known As The “Eisenhower Emergency Communication Center” Or The “Ike 911 Center”.

E. A Resolution Authorizing And Approving An Agreement With Groot Inc. Regarding Residential Collection And Transportation And Disposal Of Municipal Solid Waste For The Village Of Broadview, County Of Cook, State Of Illinois.

F. A Resolution Awarding The Contract For The 17th Avenue Municipal Parking Lot Project To Chicagoland Paving Contractors Inc. After Competitive Bidding For The Village Of Broadview, County Of Cook, State Of Illinois.

G. An Ordinance Of The Village Of Broadview, Cook County, Illinois, Granting A Variation To Chapter 3 Of Its Zoning Code Regarding Front And Side Yard Setbacks In The Village’s O/I Office/Industrial Districts (2509 Lexington Street) (Montana & Welch).
