City of Northlake Community Events and Affairs met February 13.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm
Present: Diane Sampson, Patrick Pionto Tim Rail, Kay Sampson, Rick Chillemi
Absent:
Others Present: Paul Straube
Pat made a motion to approve the minutes from the January 2017 meeting, seconded by Tim. All in favor, the motion carried.
Old Business – Wolves Game March 10, 2018
We still have all 30 tickets. The cost per ticket is $20. Diane will call Liz & request this event is advertised wherever possible. Ricky is also checking to see if we can return them if they are not sold.
New Business - Easter “Egg”stravaganza
We will meet at 9:30 to set up this event. We will have 7-8 games and have decided to purchase gift cards ($20 each) to give to the three kids that will help us run a game. Diane will order 6,000 pieces of candy from Oriental Trading.
We are going to order pre-filled Easter eggs from N.E.T. This company makes the eggs in the U.S. and the eggs are assembled by disabled individuals. The cost is $40 for 250 pieces. We are ordering 250 with candy and 250 with toys.
Tim made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Rick. Meeting adjourned at 6:55 pm.
