1. CONTINUED CASE#2017_TA_5: Consideration of Amending Chapter 10: Off Street Parking.
a. To consider amending section 10-10-3 Paragraph D: Entitled Size. The purpose of the amendment is to reduce the required length of a parking stall from 20 feet to 18 feet.
2. CASE# 20723_SU: Consideration of granting a Special Use for a health club (LA Fitness) and granting site variances/
a. To consider granting a special use to LA Fitness located at 5917 S. LaGrange Road to continue operating within the LaGrange Road Arterial Overlay District.
Their second request is for variances from the landscaping and screening requirements.
3. CASE#20773_V: Consideration of granting variances to 5555 Brainard Avenue
a. To consider granting variances from the off street parking and landscaping requirements to permit the construction of a new 5,500 sq. ft multi-tenant retail building.
4. CASE#2018_TA: Consideration of a Text Amendment to B-3 Zoning District
a. To Consider amending Section 10-6C-2 to permit a contractor’s shop as a special use in the B-3 Zoning District
5. CASE#20789_SU: Consideration of a Special use for Contractor’s Shop (plumbing)
