City of Northlake Community Events and Affairs met December 12.

The meeting was called to order at 6:35pm

Tim made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 2017 meeting, seconded by Pat. All in favor, the motion carried.
Old Business:
Winter-Fest
66 gifts and 15 gift cards were purchased. Everyone had a great time. The turnout was better than expected. We ran out of bingo cards and chairs. We will plan on 200 people next year. We also did not plan on children being at the event and we had a good amount. Next year we will include children gifts.
We need to purchase a new Bingo machine. We ran out of cards and our equipment is quite old.
Diane will talk to Liz about this.
New Business:
Wolves game is all set.
Pat made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Tim. Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
