A. Strategic Planning Session - Moderated By Greg Kuhn Ph.D. And Jeanna Ballard, Mpa Of Northern Illinois University's Center For Governmental Studies
The Western Springs Village Board and select Staff members convened to continue the Strategic Planning process. This second workshop was about for the future of Western Springs. Workshop participants worked in small groups, agreeing by consensus to what 3 to s points they wanted to report back to all in attendance. Summary and aggregate data of those bullet points from each small group will be provided by Mr. Kuhn and Ms. Ballard in the coming weeks.
With nothing further to discussed, Trustee Tymick moved adjourning at 9:24 p.m. The motion carried after a second by Trustee Rudolph.
