C. Approval of bills for the month of December, 2017.
D. Approval of Ordinance 17-15, abating $208, 800.00 tax levied for the year 2016, to pay the debt service on S4, i35,000, General Obligation Bonds Series 2005B of the Village of Hillside, Cook County, Illinois.
E. Approval of Resolution 17-10, providing for the retirement of certain municipal indebtedness S208, 800.00 by the use of Motor Fuel Tax Funds S4, 135,000 General Obligation Bonds (alternate revenue source).

8. Public Services Committee: (Trustee Andersen)
A. Approval of payment in the amount of S319,633.05 to Brothers Asphalt Paving Inc., 315 S. Stewart Avenue, Addison, IL 601.01, for work performed on the 2017 Resurfacing Program Project. Payment contingent on Brothers Asphalt providing necessary waiver of liens.
B. Approval of payment in the amount of $38,787.00 to Orange Crush, LLC, 321 Center Street, Hillside, IL 60162, for work performed on the Buckthorn Sewer Service Repair Project. Payment contingent on Orange Crush providing necessary waiver of liens.
C. Approval of only bid proposal for the Buckthorn Sewer Lining Project submitted by Insituform Technologies USA, LLC, 17988 Edison Avenue, Chesterfield, MO, for the amount of S139, 108.00.
Approval of contract to purchase 4510 Butterfield Road for the Butterfield Road Reconstruction Project.
9. Public Safety And Education Committee: (Trustee Watson)
A. There will not be a Community Awareness Meeting this month due to the Christmas Holiday.
10. Zoning Committee : (Trustee Lomeli)
A. Approval of Board meeting schedules and anticipated changes for 2018. November has election on the 6th, Veterans Day observed on the 12th, and Thanksgiving Holiday is the 22nd.
11. Technology Committee: (Trustee Delgado)
Α. Motion to approve Capers Annual Maintenance Agreement, period covering 1/30/2018 to 1/29/2019, for the amount of S19,160.00.
12. Community Services Committee: (Trustee Farries)
A. Reminder: Santa's arrival and tree lighting is Saturday, December 9th, at 3:00p.m. Visit with Santa and face painting will be until 5:00 p.m.
The Village of Hillside and Human Relations Commission will be hosting the 16th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Breakfast, Monday, January 15, 2018, 8:30 a.m., at the Best Western Hotel, 4400 Frontage Road, Hillside. More information to follow.
13. Village President:
A. Approval of Ordinance 17-14, amending Article II , Alcoholic Beverages, increasing A-l license by l, to 9 from 8, retail sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on premises.
B. Proclamation - National Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention Month.
14. Announcements:
A. Next Regular Meeting of the Village Board scheduled for 7:30 P.M. on Monday, December 11, 2017, in the Board Room of the Municipal Complex, 425 Hillside Avenue, Hillside, IL 60162.
