City of Northlake Council met Nov. 6.

The regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. Mayor Sherwin asked everyone to stand for the pledge of allegiance. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.
Roll Call:
Present: Alderman Straube, Feldmann, Contreras, Gonzalez, Grochowski And Patti
Absent: Alderman Padilla; Alderman Werba; Mark Sterk, Attorney
Others Present: Fred Paul, Treasurer; Nancy Pauletto, City Clerk; Carol Lampard, Finance Director; Norm Nissen Chief Of Police; Dale Roberts, Public Works Director
Mayor Sherwin presented the minutes of the regular meeting held on October 16, 2017. Alderman Patti made a motion to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held October16, 2017; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin asked if there were any additions or corrections..Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor.
Motion To Accept The Minutes Of The October 16, 2017 City Council Meeting Carried
Chief Norman Nissen, Jr. presented awards to Sergeant Calvaresi, Officers Anyon, Beckett, Cavada, Gramza and Kopec.
Alderman Patti made a motion to pay the warrants and vouchers if and when the funds become available; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.

Motion To Pay The Warrants And Vouchers Carried
Mayor Sherwin said the Budget meeting will be held on November 13, 2017.

Alderman Grochowski made a motion to approve Resolution R-17-2017; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.

Mayor Stephens Sherwin on his presented 25th Anniversary Resolution as Chairman R-18-2017; of the A Resolution Board of Trustees Honoring of Chairman Triton College. Mark Alderman Sherwin called Patti for made roll. a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Contreras. Mayor Sherwin called for roll.

Motion To Approve Resolution R-18-2017; A Resolution Honoring Chairman Mark Stephens On His 25th Anniversary As Chairman Of The Board Of Trustees Of Triton College Carried
Alderman Grochowski made a motion to approve Resolution R-19-2017; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.

Motion To Approve Resolution R-19-2017; A Resolution Approving A Rights-Of-Way And Pole Attachment Agreement With Mobilitie, Llc Carried
Mayor Sherwin presented Ordinance O-18-2017; An Ordinance Establishing the number of Liquor Licenses and Amending Section 3-3-4-6 of the City Code of the City of Northlake, Cook County, Illinois. This increases the late liquor licenses by one to accommodate Alejandra’s. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Contreras. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.

There being no further business, Alderman Straube made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Alderman Contreras. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor.
