Call to Order:
President Martin called the meeting to order at 9:10 p.m.
Roll Call:
President Martin, Commissioner Gordon, Commissioner Busa and Commissioner Christopher. Also present: Executive Director; Gary Kasanders; Attorney Steve Adams and Board Secretary; Lauralee Conway.
Absent: Commissioner Cavanaugh
Motion to approve the minutes of the Committee and Closed Session meetings held on May 1, 2017 and the Committee and Board meetings held on May 8, 2017.

Motion to approve the expense voucher for the month of May 2017 in the amount of S 240,802.32.
