A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Citizens for Rory Hoskins was the only campaign committee in Forest Park that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Citizens for Rory Hoskins has yet to pay was imposed on June 8, 2015, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $3,100.
