c) Receive and File Minutes of the Traffic & Safety Commission meeting held April 11, 2017.

d) Various license applications submitted to the Village Clerks office.

e) A Resolution Authorizing the Award of a Contract, in the Amount of $5.40 Per Square Foot, to KAD Construction & Management,LLC for the 2017 Sidewalk Removal and Replacement Program.

f) A Resolution Authorizing the Award of a Contract, in the Amount of $1.77 Per Square Foot, to J.A.Johnson Paving, Co. for the 2017 Asphalt Repair Program.

g) A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of Cook and the Village of Elmwood Park Regarding the Sheriff’s Work Alternative Program (SWAP).

h) An Ordinance Ratifying the Issuance of a Joint Purchasing Requisition for the Purchase of Rock Salt for the Village of Elmwood Park, Illinois.

i) An Ordinance Authorizing the Acceptance of a Proposal from Sportsfields, Inc for Services Related to the Maintenance of the Baseball Fields Located at Elm School, Mills Park and Bambi Park.
