The Western Springs Board of Fire and Police Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7 a.m. Wednesday in the President's Chambers, 740 Hillgrove Ave., to consider personnel matters in an executive session.
During executive sessions, the board usually tackles sensitive issues pertaining to litigation or personnel matters concerning appointments, compensation, discipline or dismissals.
After the closed session, the board is expected to certify the initial eligibility list for police officer candidates.
