The Forest Park City Council unanimously approved a new collective bargaining agreement with AFSCME Local 3026 during a recent meeting.
The council also approved several senior citizen and community activities organized by the community center and involving Fireside Inc., Broadway in Chicago group sales and Geneva Lake Cruise Line.
The board also continued discussion on implementation of new water billing procedures after the village policy was amended so that only a property's owner will be held responsible for paying water bills.
