The Illinois Labor Relations Board Local Panel upheld the dismissals of three local union employees during a Dec. 15 meeting in Chicago.
The appeals came from Debra Larkins of the Chicago Transit Authority, Edward Brewer of the International Brotherhood of Painters No. 4, and Latricia Brazil of Amalgamated Transit Union Local 241.
