The Village of Western Springs announced on Apr. 29 that the Bensidoun French Market will return starting Wednesday, May 6. The market will be held each Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m., with vendors setting up along Hillgrove Avenue in front of the Tower Green.

The weekly event features a variety of offerings, including fresh produce, meat, eggs, specialty foods such as coffee and olive oil, and baked goods. Organizers say that the selection changes throughout the season as different vendors participate each week.

In addition to shopping opportunities, visitors can expect activities and events at Tower Green coinciding with market days. These include music performances like the Jammin’ in July concert series and family-friendly attractions such as bounce houses and character visits. Information about vendor participation is available through the Village website.
