The survey is available online through the Village website and can also be accessed by scanning a QR code displayed at Village facilities.
The initiative seeks input from all perspectives, both positive and constructive, to help improve municipal services for the community. According to the announcement, “We welcome all perspectives—both positive and constructive—as they provide valuable insight to help us enhance our service to the community.”
Riverside provides a range of municipal services including fire suppression, emergency medical care, law enforcement, parks programs, and public library access, according to the official website.
