Meeting called to Order: 5:00 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance 

Motion to approve Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting on November 11, 2024 as recorded by the Village Clerk. Motion to approve minutes of the November 11, 2024 meeting was made by Mr. Misasi. Second by Ms. Touranjeau. Voting Aye: Mrs. Moxley, Mr. RV Millsap, Mr. Kovel, Mr. Misasi, Ms. Touranjeau, Mrs. Mills. Voting Nay: None. 

Motion to approve/deny Business Licenses for DDM Logistics. Mr. Struve conducted all inspections and found everything in order. Mr. Struve is satisfied with the business and recommends a business license. Mr. Rogers provided the Business a copy of the Ordinance showing that they can be charged 20% late penalties on the late Business License. If this were to happened again the penalty would not be waived in the future. Motion to approve the Business License for DDM Logistics was made by Mr. RV Millsap. Second by Mr. Kovel. Voting Aye: Mrs. Moxley, Mr. RV Millsap, Mr. Kovel, Mr. Misasi, Ms. Touranjeau, Mrs. Mills. Voting Nay: None. 

Motion to go into Closed Session to Discuss the Following: 

A. Salaries 

B. Personnel 

Motion to go into Closed Session at 5:03 p.m. was made by Ms. Touranjeau. Second by Mr. Misasi. Voting Aye: Mrs. Moxley, Mr. RV Millsap, Mr. Kovel, Mr. Misasi, Ms. Touranjeau, Mrs. Mills. Voting Nay: None. 

Motion to Resume Open Session at 5:25 p.m. was made by Mr. Misasi. Second by Mrs. Mills. Voting Aye: Mrs. Moxley, Mr. RV Millsap, Mr. Kovel, Mr. Misasi, Ms. Touranjeau, Mrs. Mills. Voting Nay: None.

Discussion regarding Waste Hauling Contract. Mr. Rogers explained there were 5 proposals received. The current contract expired on November 20, 2024. All proposals were reviewed with respective parties. We have entered an agreement with Waste Management. There are a few revisions that are needed. These are expected to be completed by December 9, 2024. Waste Management would like to remain with the 3 year contact. 

Motion to approve/deny Waste Hauling Contract. Motion to Table the Waste Hauling Contract until the December 9, 2024 Board Meeting was made by Mr. RV Millsap. Second by Mrs. Mills. Voting Aye: Mrs. Moxley, Mr. RV Millsap, Mr. Kovel, Mr. Misasi, Ms. Touranjeau, Mrs. Mills. Voting Nay: None.
