MOTION TO APPROVE A FEDERAL LOBBYING SERVICES PROPOSAL WITH COZEN O’CONNOR PUBLIC STRATEGIES, WASHINGTON, DC, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $7,500.00 PER MONTH, TO ASSIST THE VILLAGE IN IDENTIFYING AND SECURING FEDERAL FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

4. MOTION TO APPROVE A SERVICE ORDER AND MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FIRST COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, AKRON, OHIO FOR A NEW PHONE SYSTEM FOR VILLAGE FACILITIES AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

5. MOTION TO APPROVE A SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE FOR THE USE OF MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS FOR STREET RESURFACING CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,235.67 AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

6. MOTION TO APPROVE THE PROPOSAL FROM SOIL AND MATERIAL CONSULTANTS, INCORPORATED, ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, ILLINOIS, FOR PAVEMENT SECTION INVESTIGATION SERVICES AT FORTY-FOUR LOCATIONS AS PART OF THE 2026 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $9,100.00, TO ENSURE THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME
