I. CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Board Meeting of Monday, June 23, 2025 was called to order by Mayor Thompson at 12:30p.m., in the Council Chambers at 2350 South 25th Avenue, Broadview, IL 60155.
ROLL CALL
Upon roll call by Kevin McGrier, Village Clerk, the following answered Present: Trustee(s) Mayor Thompson, P. Chao-Malave, A. Senior, J. Abraham, J. Shelby, L. Whimper, J. Miller, (remote) Absent: None
There being a quorum the meeting was called to order.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO FLAG
Everyone recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
• A motion to allow Trustee Miller to participate electronically due to illness was made by Trustee Abraham and seconded by Trustee Chao-Malave. All were in Favor

A. RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT UNDER THE HIGHWAY CODE (RELATED TO CERTAIN PAVEMENT MILLING AND RESURFACING, SPOT CURB AND GUTTER REMOVAL, AND OTHER ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS IN THE VILLAGE OF BROADVIEW, COUNTY OF COOK, STATE OF ILLINOIS – $8,424.22).
