On Wednesday, March 12, former Oak Park And River Forest High School standout Sydney Ross’ current college team, the Saint Louis Billikens, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Western Illinois Leathernecks.
The game took place at Mary Ellen McKee Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Leathernecks this season.
The Billikens’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 12 p.m. at UD Softball Stadium against Dayton Flyers.
