Stress-Free Zone

Triton College’s Counseling and Wellness Support Services will have a Stress-Free Zone from Monday, Dec. 12-Friday, Dec. 16, in the A Building (A-106), from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Admission is free. 

Enjoy relaxing music, coloring, guided meditation and painting, in a safe and serene atmosphere. Play with stress balls and write notes of gratitude to ease your mind and body during this stressful time of year.
