The Town of Cicero held its annual Trick-or-Treat Caravan on October 31, 2025, with festivities beginning at 4 p.m. and lasting past 8 p.m. The event included more than a dozen stops across the town, featuring participation from the Cicero Fire Department, Police Department, Public Works, Morton College Police, and other municipal teams.

Children in costumes gathered along sidewalks to greet the caravan vehicles as families enjoyed music and decorations. The event has become a staple of Halloween celebrations in Cicero.

“It’s always such a great time driving throughout our beautiful Town of Cicero and seeing so many happy kids trick-or-treating,” said Town President Larry Dominick. “Events like this remind us what makes Cicero special — our sense of family, community, and togetherness.”

First Lady Diana Dominick added: “Seeing the joy on the children’s faces and the excitement from families makes all the planning worthwhile. It’s about bringing the community together and creating memories that last long after the candy is gone.”

Throughout the evening, participants distributed candy and muffins while ensuring each neighborhood was included in the celebration.

According to organizers, Cicero’s Trick-or-Treat Caravan continues to highlight local community spirit each year.
