1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Monday, October 6, 2025.
2) ROLL CALL
Trustee Christopher called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. on a roll call the following responded: Trustees Olson, Christopher, Chavez, and Chase.
Also present were Clerk Williams, Attorney Thomas Halleran, and Assessor Zawaski.
Supervisor Corrigan was absent.
3) MOTION TO APPOINT A CHAIRPERSON PRO TEM
Trustee Chase moved, seconded by Trustee Olson to designate Trustee Christopher as Chairperson PRO TEM.

4) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Trustee Chase moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez, that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on September 17, 2025.

11) PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Al Kindle the Special Assistant at Office of the President, Cook County Board - Toni Preckwinkle, stated that there are various grants available for of $1000 for individuals and veterans. Also available are homeowners tax relief funds up to $1000. Website is hrf.cookcountyil.gov. Brookfield Zoo has free admission for veterans and their families daily; additional family services are available on special occasions.
12) ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Chase moved, seconded by Trustee Olson, that the Board of Trustees adjourns the meeting at 5:47 pm.
