2) Discussion and Motion to approve the Engineers Recommendations to accept the bid from Earthwerks Land Improvement & Development Corp. for the Wiltse Parkway & East Drive Stormwater Storage Project

3) Motion to approve Ordinance O-17-2025; An ordinance Implementing a Municipal Grocery Retailers’ Occupation Tax and a Municipal Grocery Service Occupation Tax for the City of Northlake.

4) Motion to approve Ordinance O-18-2025; An Ordinance Establishing Fines Regarding the Operations of Trucks and Amending Section 6-4-10 of the Northlake City Code
