The Town of Cicero recently hosted its annual Cicero Fest, a four-day event filled with music, food, rides, and family activities. The festival took place from July 3 to July 6 at Cicero Community Park.

Cicero Town President Larry Dominick expressed the purpose of the event: “We do this every year so families can come out, enjoy time together, and know their community cares.” Under his leadership, thousands of families participated in the festivities. President Dominick also distributed free carnival wristbands to children in Cicero, allowing them full access to rides and games throughout the weekend.

The event attracted over 10,000 attendees. Despite the summer heat and a brief rain on Sunday, residents remained enthusiastic by enjoying refreshing drinks and dancing to live DJs.

Cicero Fest remains a cherished tradition that unites the town. As stated in Spanish by President Dominick: “Lo hacemos cada año para que las familias salgan, disfruten juntas y sientan que su comunidad se preocupa por ellas.”
