1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162, on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
2. ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. and on a roll call
The following responded present: Trustees Olson, Christopher, Chavez, Chase, and Supervisor Corrigan. Also present was Attorney Durkin.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Chase moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez, that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on May 1, 2025.

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher, that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for May 1, 2025 – May 15, 2025.

6. ATTORNEY’S REPORT
Public Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance Available for Public Inspection.
Must be posted at least 30 days for review starting May 26, 2025 to June 26, 2025.

8. OLD BUSINESS
A. Supervisor’s Report – No warrants. 103rd Illinois General Assembly report received. Handyman and Youth Services Reports reviewed. Received thank you letter from Maywood Supportive Living for the Roses.
B. Clerk’s Report – None
C. Trustee’s Report – None
D. Elected Officials Report – None
E. Staff Report – Lorenzo Webber, Youth Services Director Announced that Proviso Idol Winners Have Been Determined. Checks Will be Presented at the Board Meeting on June 2, 2025.
9. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consideration to approve specific personnel matters requiring board action.
B. Trustee Chase moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board Approve and Authorize the Township Clerk to Make the Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance Available for Public Inspection, and to Publish Notice of a Public Hearing to be held on June 25, 2025.
