Variance Request Case # 25-ZBA 01- To allow the installation of a wall sign on the wall facing south of the building. The Property needs a zoning variance as the principal wall that has frontage on a public street is made of mostly windows. Their only choice is the wall sign on the South wall which has no direct access to the building and is facing the driveway instead of the street as required by the sign code. When driving north on Davis Drive the sign is still visible from the street. The lot is in an I-1 Restricted Industrial District at 34 Davis Dr., Glass Temp Inc., Owner.
