The Village Board of the Village of Brookfield was called to order on Monday, November 11, 2024, at 6:30 PM, in the Edward Barcal Hall 8820 Brookfield Avenue Brookfield, IL 60513, with the following members present:

PRESENT: Village President Michael Garvey, Trustee Edward Cote, Trustee Nicole Gilhooley, Trustee Jennifer Hendricks, Trustee Kathryn Kaluzny, and Trustee Kit Ketchmark

EXCUSED: Village Clerk Brigid Weber and Trustee Julie Narimatsu

8 MANAGERS REPORT

a) Village Manager Tim Wiberg discusses the end of the Village's busiest capital project season. The 2024 Street Program and 2024 Water Main Projects are predominantly in the restoration phase. The 2024 Lead Line Replacements are 60% done. Work will continue subject to weather. Village Manager Tim Wiberg alerts the public to the implementation of a Wednesday and Friday e-newsletter for updates on capital projects that can be found on the Village website. Village Manager Tim Wiberg discusses a new parking lot on 31st Street which is expected to be finished by December 1st, 2024.
