D. Consideration to Enter into an Agreement with Maglux Construction & Restoration LLC in the Amount of $13,500 to Rebuild the Starter Stand at the First Tee.

E. Consideration to Enter into an Agreement with Lyons Pinner Electric Companies in the Amount of $15,995 to Complete the Proposed Electrical Improvements to the Starter Shack at the Flagg Creek Golf Course.
