The Village of Brookfield Parks and Recreation Department is conducting a needs assessment for indoor recreation and community space. The goal of this survey is to develop a detailed plan based on community needs, interests, and the importance of additional indoor recreation space.
"By completing this survey, you will provide key input to help shape future recreation facility and program planning within the Village of Brookfield."
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Respondents are encouraged to consider the views of their entire household when answering the questions. Responses are appreciated by Tuesday, Sept. 25.
Survey versions are available in both English and Spanish through QR codes provided by the department.
