The Brookfield Chamber of Commerce is celebrating the bounty of summer by introducing a Farm to Table Dinner event, which will be held on August 3 at 6 p.m. at the Brookfield Village Hall, located at 8820 Brookfield Ave. The ticket includes a complimentary drink during the cocktail hour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., followed by a four-course meal. Attendees can enjoy dishes crafted by chefs, a dessert table, a cash bar, live music, and raffle opportunities from vendors and donors.
The evening will feature Chef Michelle from Media Roche Café, Chef Chris and Chef Juan from Beach Ave. BBQ, and Chef Frankie and Chef Pietro from 100 & Out. The menu will include appetizers, charcuterie platters, seafood boil, vegetarian items, and more using ingredients from the Chamber's farmers market.
