The Village Board of the Village of Brookfield was called to order on Monday, March 25, 2024, at 6:30 PM, in the Edward Barcal Hall 8820 Brookfield Avenue Brookfield, IL 60513, with the following members present:

PRESENT: Village President Michael Garvey, Village Clerk Brigid Weber, Trustee Edward Cote, Trustee Nicole Gilhooley, Trustee Jennifer Hendricks, and Trustee Kit Ketchmark

EXCUSED: Trustee Kathryn Kaluzny and Trustee Julie Narimatsu

STAFF PRESENT: Adam Durkin, Michael Kuruvilla, Bob Uphues, Tim Wiberg, Stevie Ferrari, Vincent Smith, and Rocco Barbanente

8 MANAGERS REPORT

a) Village Manager Tim Wiberg discusses capital projects on DuBois Boulevard and Burlington Avenue. Village Hall will be closed on Friday, March 29th, 2024 in observance of Good Friday.

a) Pursuant to Section 2(c)(5) of the Open Meetings Act to discuss purchase or lease of real property for the village’s use.
