3) Motion to approve Ordinance O-07-2024; An Ordinance Reducing the Number of Class A Liquor Licenses and Amending Section 3-3-4-6A of the Northlake City Code.

4) Motion to approve Ordinance O-08-2024; An Ordinance Prohibiting the Use, Possession or Delivery of Tianeptine and Amending Title 9, Chapter 11 of the Northlake City Code.
