Village of Broadview Board of Trustees met Oct. 2.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

I. CALL TO ORDER

The Regular Board Meeting of Monday, September 18, 2023 was called to order by Mayor Thompson at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers at 2350 South 25th Avenue, Broadview, IL 60155.

ROLL CALL

Upon roll call by Kevin McGrier, Village Clerk, the following answered Present: Trustee(s) J. Shelby, J. Abraham, J. Miller, Mayor Thompson Absent: S. Armour, A. Senior, P. Chao-Malave

There being a quorum the meeting was called to order.

A. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE BROADVIEW PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS UNION IAFF-AFFI LOCAL 5129 FOR THE FIREFIGHTERS AND FIREFIGHTER PARAMEDICS BARGAINING UNIT WITH THE VILLAGE OF BROADVIEW, COUNTY OF COOK, STATE OF ILLINOIS.

Discussion: Mayor Thompson gave details and asked Village Administrator Jones to give details. Trustee Armour had questions, answered by Mayor Thompson.

B. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT TO ENTER INTO A CERTAIN AGREEMENT WITH IMAGETREND, LLC RELATED THE USE AND TERMS THEREOF FOR CERTAIN SOFTWARE FOR THE BROADVIEW FIRE DEPARTMENT RELATED TO PATIENT INFORMATION.
