3) Motion to approve Memorandum of Agreement Between the City of Northlake and the Service Employees International Union, Local 73. 

4) Motion for consideration of approval to purchase a 2023 Ford F550 Class 5 Snow and Ice Truck in the amount of $163,237.06. 

5) Motion to approve Ordinance O-17-2023; An Ordinance Amending Section 3-29-8 of the Northlake City Code Regarding the Location and Operation Restrictions for Mobile Food Vehicles. 

6) Discussion and motion to approve Ordinance O-18-2023; An Ordinance Establishing Miscellaneous Ordinance Violations and Amending Title 5 of the Northlake City Code.
