Discussion Concerning the Provision of Prosecution Services
Village Manager Tim Wiberg provides background information on the existing procedures of administrative hearing officer system and when the Village prosecutor is present for certain cases. Comments and questions are made by President Garvey and Trustees Cote and Gilhooley. Village Attorney Adam Durkin responds to a question made by President Garvey.
Update Status of Park and Gateway Signage
Assistant Village Manager Stevie Ferrari provides an update on the park and gateway signs as well as the guidelines that go along with these signs. The current use of the buildings receiving these signs is referenced. Comments and questions are made by President Garvey and Trustees Hendricks, Ketchmark, Gilhooley, and Cote. Village Manager Tim Wiberg responds to a question made by Trustee Cote.
