City of Northlake Finance & Rules Committee met April 17.

Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.

ROLL CALL:

PRESENT: Alderman Straube

Alderman Feldmann

Alderman Johnson

Alderman Grochowski

Alderman Patti

PRESENT VIA CONFERENCE BRIDGE: Alderman Urbina

ABSENT: Alderman Garcia

Alderman Contreras

OTHERS PRESENT: Ken Beres, Chief Of Police

Tony Faciano, Superintendent Public Works

The committee reviewed the minutes of the April 3, 2023 meeting. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the minutes of the April 3, 2023 meeting; seconded by Alderman Feldmann. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The minutes were approved.

Mayor Sherwin presented the Warrants and Vouchers. Alderman Patti made a motion to pay the Warrants and Vouchers; seconded by Alderman Straube. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Mayor Sherwin opened a discussion to approve Resolution R-10-2023; A Resolution Approving an Expenditure of Matching Funds for Improvements to Parkview Drive Bridge and Palmer Avenue Bridge Section Number 20-00098-00-BR; Project No. JUC2(911); Job No. C-91-003-23 Cook County, Illinois. The state is paying for 80% of these improvements. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor.

The motion carried.

There being no further business, Alderman Straube made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
