- Case # 23-PC 02-Evergreen Redevelopment LLC is requesting a Conditional Use for the installation of a new pole sign to replace the existing McDonalds sign. The McDonalds signage will be at the top. They are also requesting a Conditional Use for the installation of an onsite Dynamic Display Sign to be installed below the McDonalds sign. The application also includes the request for a Variance to allow the pole and signage to be installed at a height of 45’ which exceeds the allowed height in the sign ordinance. The property is located at 520 25th Ave, Bellwood IL 60104.
