The Dominican University men's volleyball team hosted Aurora University Wednesday night.
Results:
Aurora: 3
Dominican: 0
How it Happened:
-Dominican started off slowly and only had 9 kills with match-high 8 errors.
-The Stars had a better second set 14 kills, but lost the set 25-19.
-DU fell 25-23 in the final set recording 11 kills.
Shining Stars:
-Senior Jarod Hesse led the team with 9 kills and also recored an ace.
-Sophomore Owen Morrow had 30 assists.
-Junior Tanner Dahman did a nice job defensively and led the team in digs.
Leading the Way:
Kills: Hesse, Goss (9)
Aces: Cossyleon, Hesse, Kougan (1)
Blocks: Bush (3)
Assists: Morrow (30)
Digs: Dahman (7)
What's Next:
The Dominican University men's volleyball team will play their second game in as many days. Hosting Endicott College with a start time of 7:00 p.m.
