2) Discussion and motion to approve Resolution R-03-2023; A Resolution Approving a Change in the Terms Agreement Between the City of Northlake and First American Bank.

3) Discussion and motion to approve Resolution R-04-2023; A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to Execute the 2023 Community Development Block Grant Program Year Agreements with the County of Cook, Illinois.

4) Discussion and motion to approve Resolution R-05-2023; A Resolution Authorizing Submittal of a Grant Application for Cook County Invest in Cook Funds for the Medill Avenue Resurfacing Project, Cook County, Illinois.

5) Discussion and motion to approve Ordinance O-03-2023; An Ordinance Decreasing the Number of Class B-2 Liquor Licenses and Amending Section 3-3-4-6A of the Northlake City Code.

7) Discussion and motion to approve the General Liability/Auto/Property Insurance Coverage.

8) Discussion and motion to approve the Engineer’s Recommendation to Award the Bid to ALamp Concrete Contractors in the amount of $5,347,71.50 for 2023 Capitol Improvements Project.
