2) Motion to reappoint John Morgan to the Youth Commission. 

3) Motion to reappoint Jay Miletello to the Police Pension Board.

1) Motion to approve Resolution R-02-2023; A Resolution Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement by and Between the City of Northlake and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for the Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of the Green Infrastructure Water Management Project in the City of Northlake, Illinois. 

2) Motion to approve Resolution R-03-2023; A Resolution Approving a Change in the Terms Agreement Between the City of Northlake and First American Bank.

3) Motion to approve Resolution R-04-2023; A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to Execute the 2023 Community Development Block Grant Program Year Agreements with the County of Cook, Illinois.

4) Motion to approve Resolution R-05-2023; A Resolution Authorizing Submittal of a Grant Application for Cook County Invest in Cook Funds for the Medill Avenue Resurfacing Project, Cook County, Illinois. 

5) Motion to approve Ordinance O-03-2023; An Ordinance Decreasing the Number of Class B-2 Liquor Licenses and Amending Section 3-3-4-6A of the Northlake City Code. 

6) Motion to approve Ordinance O-04-2023; An Ordinance Increasing the Number of Class E Liquor Licenses and Amending Section 3-3-4-6A of the Northlake City Code. 

7) Motion to approve the General Liability/Auto/Property Insurance Coverage. 

8) Motion to approve the Engineer’s Recommendation to Award the Bid to ALamp Concrete Contractors in the amount of $5,347,71.50 for 2023 Capitol Improvements Project.
