1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
2. ROLL CALL
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees Approve Trustee Herrell to be Chairman Pro Tem.

Nays: None
Absent: Supervisor Corrigan

Trustee Herrell called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call
The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Chavez, Christopher, Herrell. Also, present were Attorney Durkin, Clerk Williams, and Assessor Zawaski.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Trustee Herrell led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on December 5, 2022. Roll Call Vote #2

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS
