Motion to approve an engineering agreement with Baxter and Woodman for the design of the Irving Park Street Lights Project, 25th Avenue to Judd Avenue, in an amount not to exceed $64,000 and authorize the Village Manager to execute the necessary documents and effectuate the same.

Motion to enter into a contract with Elite Construction to complete the kitchen replacement in the firehouse for a cost not to exceed $77,500.00 and authorize the Village Manager to execute the necessary documents and effectuate same.
